Thank you for dropping by our Online Shop. We're constantly improving our processes to provide a better shopping experience for our valued supporters. Wondering how our fulfillment process works?

The Wests Magpies rely on the services of a small team to complete the shipping process, so we may only ship once a week depending on the volume of orders. If you require your item by a specific date please advise us in the 'Special Instructions' box when ordering or respond to the email sent by the Club confirming your order has been received. Please note this excludes any Pre-Order Items.

How an Order is processed:

• An order notification is received
• The order is packed
• We lodge the order with Australia Post

How our Pre-Order process works:

• Purchase Orders are taken within a sales window
• A bulk order is then placed with the Manufacturer
• The manufacturing period commences (turnaround time is dependent on the product and will be advised for each product)
• Once manufactured, the product is delivered to us
• We then begin the mailing process
