Returns & Exchanges

The Wests Magpies will refund or exchange any product ordered online under the following conditions:

  • Item(s) must be returned within 14 days of purchase and be accompanied by the original receipt and/or order form.
  • Item(s) must be unworn and/or unused with no signs of wear, tear or damage, and with any original tags still attached.
  • Item(s) must be returned in the original packaging.
  • If the consumer simply changes their mind, or decides they do not like the goods, no refund will be issued.
  • The Wests Magpies reserve the right to deny a return or exchange if the above conditions are not met.
  • The Wests Magpies reserve the right to make changes to this policy as needed and without notice.
  • Refunds will be returned to the credit or debit card the order was originally processed with. No cash refunds will be issued.
  • Any shipping or mailing fees for returns and exchanges will come at the customer's expense. 
  • If you purchased a product with a major fault, you have the right to ask for your choice of a replacement or refund. If you purchase a product with a minor fault, the Magpies can choose to give you a free repair instead of a replacement or refund. Please follow the steps below for refunds and exchanges:

  • Send your item back to our return address, ensuring you meet the above criteria.
  • Include exchange details within the return so they can be checked by the Wests Magpies store.
  • Once the returned parcel is received by the Wests Magpies we will contact you with the next steps.
